2006
2006 has been a tough year. We did have some wonderful times, but I'm happy to leave this year behind. The construction was finally completed on our bathrooms. Woohoo! Alex started fourth grade and Patrick started second grade. We said a final goodbye to my dad in February, and welcomed Jay and Stacey's twins, Madeline and Caroline, in March. In September, we lost Mark's dad. Mark's extended family has endured more than their share of health issues as well. We took our biggest vacation ever - to Alaska - in June, then drove up to North Carolina in July and went camping in Atlanta over Thanksgiving.
