LAKE GEORGE

We finally got to go berry picking today!
We were so disappointed when we learned that the blueberry crop was done
for the season, but this morning they opened the raspberry field for a few
hours. Stacie, Stacy, Preston, Patch
and I went and picked, and poor Preston got his first bee sting.
He is so funny about bugs. He’ll
find an ant and pick it up and go, “Ewwwwww, buggie!”
Well, I guess this buggie had something to say back!
Nana took Alex to Wal-Mart and got him his very first watch
for his birthday. He’s so excited
he can’t wait for someone new to appear so he can show it to them.
It lights up when you push a button, so after dark tonight, he had to
show it to each and every one of us again!
I’m going to bet that he’ll be able to tell time by the end of the
week.
Mark and all of his brothers and Papa and Uncle Tom went golfing in Saratoga today. It was quite a group and they had a wonderful time.
